Items purchased from ARCA are available for return only if the item(s) arrive to the buyer in a condition other than indicated on the invoice.
Buyers must contact their Account Representative within 30 days from the invoice date to be eligible for a return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the event that the item arrived to your in a condition other than what it was sold as, ARCA will provide a shipping label to be used for your return.

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. ARCA will process small package shipments through UPS or USPS. Shipping methods will be made available at checkout. Shipment methods include:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Second-Day Air
- UPS International
- USPS First Class
- USPS Priority
All orders over 100 lbs. will be shipped via freight. The freight carrier will be determined based on the rates provided. The shipping rates provided are non-negotiable. If you wish to set up your shipping, please make sure that the necessary documentation is provided to your ARCA sales representative.
In-store pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST.
To ship on your own UPS account, ensure that the necessary forms are filled out and provided to your ARCA sales representative.
If an order is placed on a Friday with next day air as the selected shipping method, the shipment will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders will be shipped on business days, Monday through Friday except for days holidays are observed including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
ARCA will process all orders within two (2) business days of order placement.
Order sizes of $100 or more will have insurance added on to the cost of shipping.
The cost of shipping will be displayed when checking out. The cost of shipping will be added to the customer invoice and will be prepaid before the order is processed.
If the cost of shipping cannot be determined at the time of checkout, actual shipping rates will be determined based on the weight and size of your order. If an order is of excess size and weight, a representative will contact you with the cost of shipping. The time for receiving this shipping quote may vary. If a liftgate is needed for delivery, please reach out to your ARCA sales representative as soon as possible. The use of a liftgate may increase the cost of shipping.
ARCA is not accountable or liable for any delays in delivery or shipment caused by actions or events beyond the reasonable control of ARCA.

All orders are subject to Sales Tax unless proper documentation is on file.
All ARCA Customers must sign up through an Account Representative. Prior to the processing of your first purchase, you must provide the following:
- A signed copy of the ARCA Buyers Contract
- A signed Credit Card authorization Form in the event of purchase using a credit card
- W9 form for your business
- A Re-Sale Tax Certificate or equivalent issued in the state of your business’ residence
